1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and sj77 ("sj77," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at sj77.cam ("Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2.3 Single Account

Each individual natural person is permitted to maintain only one (1) active sj77 account at any given time. 3. Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and to keep your account details current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, email address, and mobile number. sj77 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time, including before processing any withdrawal.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines, sj77 may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") before your account is fully activated or before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (Passport, SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), a utility bill or bank statement for address verification, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by sj77 may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

3.3 Account Verification

sj77 reserves the right to verify accounts at any stage of the player lifecycle, including at the time of registration, upon first deposit, upon first withdrawal request, or upon any transaction deemed unusual. During verification, withdrawals may be temporarily held pending completion of the process. This is a standard regulatory obligation, not a punitive measure.

4. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sj77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. sj77 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You must notify sj77 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. Upon notification, sj77 will take reasonable steps to secure your account. Any activity conducted through your account prior to sj77 receiving such notification will remain your responsibility.

sj77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Two-factor authentication adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time password sent to your registered Philippine mobile number in addition to your regular password at each login.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sj77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. sj77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the sj77 Platform is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though sj77 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for security and regulatory compliance purposes.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of all applicable KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any active bonus wagering requirements. sj77 processes standard withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business hours.

5.4 Currency

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on sj77 have an expiry period from the date of issuance. Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses that expire within the stated period will be automatically removed from your account balance. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the sj77 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect statistical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. 9. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any sj77 intellectual property without express prior written consent from sj77.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, sj77 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.

sj77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their sj77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise).

sj77 does not guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or data loss, and does not make representations regarding the suitability of any game for any particular purpose.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by sj77

sj77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where sj77 reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account activity is being investigated for potential fraud, collusion, or money laundering; (c) you have provided false information during registration; or (d) closure is required by regulatory directive or court order.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may close your sj77 account at any time by contacting sj77 customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (subject to completion of pending wagering requirements and KYC verification) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be refunded.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or closure of your account for any reason, your right to access the sj77 Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in force following closure.

12. Responsible Gaming

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or competent courts of the Philippines, including PAGCOR where the dispute relates to a gaming matter falling under PAGCOR jurisdiction.
